Karate has been well documented to improve health and fitness but also improve focus, concentration, self-discipline, coordination and respect while learning self-defense. All skill levels, from first-timers to advanced students, are welcome. Participants may wear loose fitting clothing for the first few classes and uniforms are available to purchase through the instructor.
